Track History

Medford Dragstrip has been racing at Jackson County Sports Park since 1979. The track is run by Medford Dragstrip, Inc., a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation governed by a volunteer board of directors, and is a sanctioned NHRA member track in the Northwest Division.

    Track opens

    Medford Dragstrip opens at Jackson County Sports Park, a county-owned complex north of Medford that also houses a softball complex, go-kart track, RC track, dirt oval, and public shooting and archery ranges.
