Medford Dragstrip – Race the Strip, Not the Street!

Our track is an NHRA sanctioned 1/4 mile drag strip located in the Jackson County Sports Park, just north of the Medford City limits. The raceway has been in existence since 1979.

It is currently operated by Medford Dragstrip, Inc., a non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation. Our mission is to promote safe motor sports activities for community benefit. We do this by educating racers of all ages on the benefits of participating in sanctioned drag racing events, working with our non-profit partners to fund raise, and by continuing to invest in track and facility improvements to keep this public-owned facility open for generations to come! Join our causes by racing, watching, and donating!

Medford Dragstrip is located in Jackson County, Oregon, and is part of the county’s Sports Park. The park includes a 10-field softball complex, the dragstrip, a go-kart track, a RC racing track, a one-third mile dirt oval track, public shooting ranges, archery range, and fishing ponds. Each part of the complex is operated by different profit and non-profit organizations, but owned by the County. Medford Dragstrip has been in operation for 30+ years and is currently managed by Medford Dragstrip, Inc., a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation governed by a volunteer board of directors.

Elevation: The track elevation is 1,410 feet

Radio Station: PA system is broadcast over station FM 92.9

Race Fuel: The following grades are available: 100 No Lead, 110, 112, 114, 116 and Methanol

Medford Dragstrip is located at the Jackson County All Sports Park, at 6900 Kershaw Road, just outside White City and 15 minutes from downtown Medford. From I-5 North: Take the OR-62 exit- EXIT 30- toward MEDFORD / CRATER LAKE. At the light go right and immediately take a right onto the Biddle Road exit. Take a right on Biddle and hotel is 1/8th mile on the right. From I-5 South: Take the OR-62 EXIT 30 toward MEDFORD / CRATER LAKE. At the light go left and get in the far right lane. Take the Biddle Road exit (1/8th mile). Take a right on Biddle and the hotel is 1/8th mile on the right. From Hwy 62 East: Take the Biddle Road exit off of Hwy 62. Take a right at the light and hotel is 1/8th mile on the right. From Hwy 62 West: Take the Biddle Road exit (Hilton Court) off of Hwy 62. Take a left at the light and hotel is 1/8th mile on the left.
