2014 NHRA SUMMIT RACING SERIES NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP GUIDELINES

GENERAL INFORMATION:

Drivers competing at the NHRA Summit Racing Series National Championships must have a valid NHRA membership and NHRA Competition License/Number for the category of vehicle they are entered with for the event.

• A  competitor entered in the Summit Racing Series National Championship may not compete in any other category at the event except for another Summit Racing Series National Championship category, but cannot use the same car in both categories.

Should the Division Champion be unable to attend an alternate will be selected in the following manner:

   ‒ 1st Alternate will be Race of Champions winner for bracket;

   ‒ 2nd alternate would be event runner-up;

   ‒ 3rd alternate would be Race of Champions runner-up.
In the case of Division 6 & 7, reverse the reference of the event Race of Champions, since their Race of Champions winner is actually the NHRA Summit National Championship qualifier.
